For specs comparison, Microsoft Xbox One comes with a custom 8-core x86 CPU, 500GB Hard drive, 8GB of DDR3 RAM, USB 3.0, HDMI in and out ports, and WiFi.

The Sony PS4 will feature a single-chip 8-core AMD "Jaguar " x86-64 APU with a Radeon based graphics engine, 8GB of GDDR5 RAM and a Blu-ray optical disc drive.

PS4 beats XBox One by packing the 8GB DDR5 RAM opposed to Microsoft's DDR3 RAM. Both consoles use AMD's custom graphic processor.

@HenryD: that GDDR5 RAM makes a difference in performance! PS4 will be faster!

I will definitely get the PS4. Xbox One has too many restrictions.
