Mutual Match is a list of members who are interested in you...
When you create your chat profile, you select your basic "match criteria". Based on that match criteria, we send you potential matches that matched your criteria and at the same time their match criteria fits you. So it's a two-way match. In this case, you don't have to waste time trying to contact someone who might not be even interested in you.
But that's not all. From the potential match list that we send in your match tab, you have to send "match request" to the other member. This is to verify whether the other member is really interested in you based on what they see in your profile. If that other member accepts, you'll see that person on "mutual match" tab. You will be able to see your mutual match chat usernames. With the usernames, you can go ahead and contact each other using whatever chat app you both use.
If you want to get more mutual match, be sure you make your profile look good. Post interesting stuffs to show other members that you are interesting.
