I can't update my photo , although the photo i am trying to upload has my fase in it and it is real and it's jpg formate .... WHY ?

What device are you using?

Are you using desktop? iPhone? iPad? Android phone or Android tablet?

@Beyareskidjian: I just tried it with a Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet and I was able to upload a profile picture. It should work the same with your Galaxy S3 phone. 

Go to user menu, then go to "Update Profile". You can upload your profile picture from there too.

If you're still having issues, you can also use a desktop computer as an option. I have to go get an android phone to test it since I only have an Android table.

I tried to update my profile from every where but it always gives me the same error message that i should upload an jpg or png or ... Format photo only although the photo is jpg format so please help ! Beyareskidjian · 9 years ago

@Beyareskidjian: You should try a different photo if that's the case. Just take a new selfie using your S3 and use that picture.
