A new book has claimed that the infamous Kim Kardashian sex tape with her then boyfriend Ray J was leaked deliberately by her mom, Kris Jenner.
Kim, who is now married to Kanye West, signed a contract with Vivid Entertainment in 2007 to leak the raunchy film she made in 2003 after being "advised" by a friend it would be a quick way to find fame.
Author Ian Halperin quotes a source in his new book 'Kardashian Dynasty' as saying:
"A mutual friend of Kim and Paris [Hilton] had advised her that if she wanted to achieve fame, a sex tape would be the way to go. Kim had discussed the idea of producing a tape with her family beforehand."
The truth is, a lot of people suspected this happened. So is this really a big news? It is. We're talking about the Kardashians here. Anything Kardashian is news.

The way the Kardashian became a celebrity empire makes you think the whole incident stemming from the leaked tape was all planned. Good for them. They made millions and continue to make more.
