What is Snapchat?

If you want to access snapchat photos online
If you just want to access snapchat photos, you can find a lot in this channel. For example #BestSnaps hashtag will lists all the best snapchat photos. Just type #BestSnaps on the hashtag search above.
Also, if you are looking for females... search #F4M hashtag which means "Females for Males". These are posts from females looking for male snapchat friends.

You can see snapchat pictures online if that's all you want to do...
If all you want to do is view pictures or drawings sent by Snapchat users, you can find a lot online. For example in this Dizkover channel, you can see a lot of Snapchat pictures. You can also meet a lot of users here.
But if you want to create your own Snapchat stories, you have to have the mobile app. The Snapchat app is available for both Android and iPhone.
I'm guessing your phone is Windows phone? If your phone is Windows phone, I believe Snapchat is not available for the phone.
