#BadService: Time Warner Cable charges customer to check why the service is not working #TimeWarnerCableSucks

One way to lose a long time customer is to charge them to check why the service is not working... because the customer owns the equipment?!  I still pay over $150 a month!

Good job Time Warner Cable on how you treat long time loyal customer. I just cancelled my account.
