Foreign workers come here in the USA. They will work hard to be on top. They will work overtime even if they don't get paid for it. This created a competition. Then of course employers will promote those who work the hardest.
That is true. The influx of foreign workers made the workplace a competition for some because foreign workers work the hardest.
