I'm just starting to go into online trading. I have an initial capital of 5k, what brokerage would you recommend for online trading?
I use Fidelity. $7.95 commissions on all online U.S. equity and options trades.
Fidelity is ok base on my experience. I just don't like the charting software. I use the one from TDAmeritrade which I think used to be ThinkOrSwim.
